These terms govern your use of EventWarp as a host, guest, vendor, or visitor. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Important: this is starter legal copy for product development. Replace it with launch-ready terms reviewed by counsel before accepting production customers, vendors, subscriptions, or payments.

Using EventWarp

You agree to use EventWarp lawfully and responsibly. Do not post harmful, misleading, infringing, or abusive content. Do not attempt to disrupt the platform or access data that is not yours.

Host responsibilities

Hosts are responsible for the accuracy of event information, guest communications, and any public listings they publish. You are also responsible for safety, permissions, and compliance at your real-world gathering.

Guests

Guests may RSVP, claim needs-list items, and participate in event features without creating an account when the host allows it. Guest participation should be respectful and limited to the event they were invited to.

Vendors and marketplace

Vendors are independent businesses. EventWarp provides listing, lead, quote, and marketplace tools but does not guarantee vendor quality, availability, pricing, or fulfillment. Purchases and service agreements are between buyers and vendors unless we state otherwise in writing.

Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans, lead credits, featured placement, and other billing features may be added over time. When they launch, additional payment terms will apply and will be presented before you are charged.

Disclaimer

EventWarp is provided on an as-available basis. We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EventWarp is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
