This policy describes how EventWarp handles information when you use our website, host or attend events, or participate in the vendor marketplace.
Important: this is starter policy copy for product development. It must be reviewed and approved by qualified legal counsel before public launch, payments, or large-scale customer acquisition.
Information we collect
- Account details such as name, email address, and login information
- Event information you create, including titles, dates, locations, descriptions, and photos
- RSVP responses, needs-list claims, comments, and invitations
- Vendor profile, marketplace, order, and lead information when you buy or sell through EventWarp
- Basic technical data such as browser type, device information, and usage logs needed to secure and operate the service
How we use information
We use information to provide event planning features, operate accounts, display public listings, connect hosts with vendors, process marketplace activity, improve the product, prevent abuse, and communicate with you about your account or events you manage.
Sharing
Event details you choose to share — such as a public event page or needs list — are visible to people who have the link or find your listing in the directory. We do not sell personal information. We may use service providers for hosting, email, analytics, and payments under appropriate agreements.
Your choices
You can update account details from your EventWarp account settings. Hosts control what guests can see on each event. If you have questions about access, correction, or deletion, use our contact form and choose Privacy request.
